Overview

To develop leaders and create accessible and transformational environments for students in 6th-12th grade, helping students grow in their relationship with God and engage in life-giving relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of weekly student programming for 6th – 12th grades.
• Oversee all aspects of special events that help accomplish this objective. (Retreats, Mission Trips, Events)
• Mobilize and equip leaders to build influential relationships with students.
• Work to become an essential resource for parents of 6th – 12th grade students.
• Be a great teammate with whatever is needed as it relates to your department – be HUMBLE, HUNGRY, and SMART!

• This position currently reports to the Lead Pastor. As we grow, we will hire an executive pastor and Student Ministry Pastor will report to Executive Pastor. Also opportunity for the right person to grow into a “Next Gen” or “Family Life” role where they oversee staffing in ages newborn–12th grade and beyond as part of an executive team.
