    • Build a team of volunteers who love students and model Christlike leadership
  3. Events & Discipleship
    • Plan monthly events (go-karts, campfires, tournaments, etc.)

    • Launch small discipleship groups for deeper growth
  4. Parent Partnership

  5. Team & Church Collaboration

    • Support churchwide events and rhythms
    • Be a teammate with other leaders, invested in the whole mission—not just youth

  • Prior student ministry experience (volunteer or paid)
  • Willing to undergo background check and child safety training
  • Lives locally or willing to relocate to the Aledo/Fort Worth area
  • Agreement with the mission and culture of Frontier Church

Benefits

  • Milage will be paid for church related events.
  • Continued training and conferences will be covered.

Essential Beliefs

We adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000

  1. The Scriptures
    • The Bible is God’s Word, fully inspired and without error. It is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
  2. God
    • There is one living and true God, revealed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal.
    • God the Father: Reigns with providential care over His creation.
    • God the Son (Jesus Christ): Fully God and fully man; born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross, rose bodily from the grave, and will return in glory.
    • God the Holy Spirit: Convicts of sin, regenerates, empowers, and sanctifies believers.
  3. Man
    • Humans are created in God’s image but fell into sin through disobedience. All people are sinners and in need of salvation.
  4. Salvation
    • Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. It includes:
    • Regeneration (new birth),
    • Justification (declared righteous),
    • Sanctification (growth in holiness), and
    • Glorification (final state in heaven).
  5. God’s Purpose of Grace
    • Election is God’s gracious purpose to save sinners, in no way negating human responsibility. Those whom God saves are kept eternally by His power.
  6. The Church
    • The church is a local body of baptized believers in covenant together, governed by Scripture and committed to the gospel. Christ is the head. Baptists also recognize the universal church composed of all the redeemed.
  7. Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
    • Baptism: By immersion, symbolizes a believer’s faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ.
    • The Lord’s Supper: A symbolic memorial of Christ’s death, practiced by baptized believers.
  8. The Lord’s Day
    • Sunday is the Lord’s Day, a time for worship and spiritual devotion in honor of Christ’s resurrection.
  9. The Kingdom
    • God’s Kingdom is His reign over all creation and will be fully realized when Christ returns and establishes His eternal rule.
  10. Last Things
    • Christ will return personally and visibly. There will be a final judgment:
    • The righteous will dwell forever with God in heaven.
    • The unrighteous will suffer eternal separation from God in hell.
  11. Evangelism and Missions
    • It is the duty and privilege of every believer to share the gospel with all people and make disciples of all nations.
  12. Education
    • Christians should pursue knowledge and teach all truth as God’s truth, integrating faith and learning.
  13. Stewardship
    • Believers are called to honor God with their resources — time, talents, and tithes — as faithful stewards.
  14. Cooperation
    • Local churches and believers should cooperate in gospel efforts, missions, and ministry as led by the Holy Spirit.
  15. The Christian and the Social Order
    • Christians should seek justice, oppose evil, and demonstrate the love of Christ in all areas of society.
  16. Peace and War
    • Christians should pursue peace, but civil government has the right to defend justice. War may be morally justified in a fallen world.
  17. Religious Liberty
    • God alone is Lord of the conscience. Church and state should be separate. Each person must be free to worship God according to their own conviction.
  18. The Family
    • God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of society. Marriage is the union of one man and one woman. Parents are to train their children in God’s ways.
