Overview

• We’re on the hunt for a Campus Pastor to lead our growing Brewster campus — someone with passion, grit, vision, and love for the underdog. Brewster is a small, rural town packed with diversity, character, and opportunity. You’ll be the point leader for this campus, rallying people, building teams, loving the community, and unleashing kingdom impact in one of the most beautiful corners of the Pacific Northwest.

You’ll be joining a team that values boldness, authenticity, laughter, grit, and grace. We don’t take ourselves too seriously — but we take Jesus and His mission very seriously.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and heart of RealLife Brewster on Sundays and throughout the week
• Own the culture — embody and cast the RealLife mission, vision, and values
• Build, coach, and mobilize teams of volunteers and leaders
• Lead your campus staff with vision, clarity, and encouragement
• Engage deeply in the community — build relationships with leaders and neighbors alike
• Pastor people through life — from hospital visits to baptisms to weddings
• Preach occasionally and powerfully
• Constantly evaluate and improve Sunday services, events, and team health
• Follow up with new guests and those on the fringe — nobody falls through the cracks
