• Lead the staff and develop the ministries of the church, in order to expand our church’s impact in Southwest Florida and beyond as we help people experience a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Requirements

• Theological training (graduate degree preferred)
• 5 years of relevant church staff experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the church staff through regular 1:1 meetings and all-staff gatherings.
• Collaborate with Lead Pastor on strategic plans for church growth while directly leading outreach and missions to maximize our impact in the community and beyond.
• Oversee discipleship ministries, primarily through coaching staff and volunteers. Lead the small group ministry and lead a small group.
• Plan and coordinate several all-church discipleship events and several men’s events during the year.
• Oversee high-level operations and church finances, in collaboration with the staff.
• Preach 6-12 times per year, depending on ability and interest.
• Serve on the elder team and facilitate quarterly deacon team meetings.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
