What We Do:

What You Can Expect:
We value transparency, and saving everyone time by setting clear expectations. Here’s a step-by-step outline of our search process:
- Exploratory Call (30 minutes):
We’ll get to know you, your church, and your vision for the position while answering any questions you have about our process. - Contract & Setup:
- We’ll send you a contract via DocuSign, along with payment instructions and a checklist of required documentation.
- You’ll provide:
- Job Description
- Explanation of Benefits
- Church Story
- Church Profile
- Staff Handbook (if applicable; optional add-ons available for assistance).
- Current Pay Scale (if applicable; optional add-ons available for assistance).
- Location & Cost of Living Call (1 Hour):
We’ll prepare a cost of living analysis for your area based on the position and pay scale, ensuring clarity and competitiveness. - 1-Day Visit:
We’ll visit your church to take photos and videos (if needed), meet your team, and gather insights about your church’s culture, vision, and the ideal candidate. This cost is included in the search fee. - Job Posting Goes Live:
Your job will be listed on our platform, reaching active job seekers nationwide. - Our Search Process:
- We’ll review applications, leverage our network, and personally reach out to potential candidates who align with your needs.
- Initial Interviews: We’ll conduct two rounds of interviews to narrow down to 4–5 top candidates. Our interviews include personality and leadership assessments which will be made available to you for the final candidates.
- Background checks, reference calls and social media checks are all conducted and will be available for review.
- Candidate Presentation (1.5–2 hours):
We’ll present 4–5 qualified candidates to your team via Zoom, along with detailed profiles to help you make informed decisions. - Candidate Weekend Coordination:
- Coaching: We’ll guide you on creating an engaging and welcoming experience for candidates during their visit.
- Travel Coordination: We’ll manage all travel plans for candidates, billed directly to the church.
- Post-Weekend Call:
We’ll discuss the outcome of the candidate weekend, including highlights, potential concerns, and next steps (e.g., offer to first candidate or planning for a second candidate weekend). - Offer to Candidate:
Once you’re ready, we’ll help you craft and present the offer to your chosen candidate.
Cost of Services
At Next Level Church Staffing, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable services. To the best of our knowledge, we are the most affordable full-search option available in the market today.
Pricing
- Associate Level Search: $6,000
- Senior Leadership Search: $8,000

What’s Not Included:
- Expenses related to the candidate weekend are not included. We will provide estimates of travel costs. The church will pay the estimated cost, and any funds unused will be refunded. All receipts will be provided to the church.
- We prioritize candidates who are local, when possible. In valuing affordability and transparency, we don’t want you to pay for a feature, you don’t end up using by selecting someone who lives within driving distance.
Commitment to Fair Wages:
We believe that ministry leaders deserve a living wage. If, by the end of Step 3, we determine the proposed salary is not reasonable, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. In such cases, we will refund all fees except for $500. After Step 3, fees are non-refundable.
Additional Optional Services:
- Creation of a staff wide pay scale and policy:
- 1-5 Employees ($200)
- 5-10 Employees ($300)
- 10+ Employees ($500)
- Staff Handbook Creation: Pricing varies based on church size, desired content, and specifications. Contact us for a custom quote.
- Additional Candidate Weekends: We will coordinate the candidate weekend for up to 2 candidates. Coordinating additional candidates from the original pool has a $400 fee.
- Search Restart: In rare instances, if none of the initial candidates are the right fit, we offer the option to restart the search process from Step 6 for $2,000. This includes coordinating two additional candidate weekends.
