About Us

We are nondenominational, have a 11 acre campus and volunteer driven ministry. Our climate is spirit filled and we believe worship is a diving board for the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate decently and in order, such as prophesy, healing and miracles. While we don’t put God in a box we do expect him to show up every time we meet. We are also about making it easy for the church of tomorrow to become part of the church of today.

Responsibilities

• Weekly responsibilities Include but not limited to:
  • Engaging in the life of the church small groups
  • Sunday Am worship and practice manage media, livestream and sound teams
  • Monthly worship night midweek / or weekends
  • Teach guitar /piano / voice as you develop a worship academy for beginners in person and online
  • Developing a background vocal team of multiple generations
  • Develop quarterly worship nights
  • Creative brainstorming for outreach events
  • New song collaboration with senior pastor
  • Help, assist, and supervise in related areas like stage maintenance / design projects, and all church events as needed
  • Be part of community events practicing servant leadership

Candidate Description

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency as a vocalist and musician, with some experience in guitar
  • Able to teach others to play instruments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Strong interpersonal, relational, and communication skills
  • Lead and develop worship and live stream production volunteers
  • Ability to lead, give direction to, and develop a worship band
  • Needs to be able to create a positive, encouraging team environment
  • Should take initiative to improve, develop, and grow the worship ministry creating a generational pipeline of giant killers with the anointing of David
  • Exemplifies the character traits of a leader as seen in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, Titus 1:5–16, including the truth that marriage is between 1 man and 1 woman
  • Approaches all things with humility and a teachable spirit
  • Self-starter who is strongly motivated and is passionate about the mission
  • Exhibits a spirit of flexibility with time off and office hours
  • Should be attentive to, and led by, the Holy Spirit
  • Able to see the potential in the next generation, and create opportunities for the church of tomorrow to become the church of today
  • Enjoy being a part of the spiritual formation of young people

All ministry flows from the prayer, “Thy kingdom come… on earth as it is in heaven.” We equip and send the church into our city and the cities of the world to carry on the ministry of Jesus.
  • Uniting generations of all ages in partnership to reach the lost, restore families through restoring hope and honor in the home and release captives from the grip of sin and addiction . Jesus ministered to multiple generations so can we.
