Lead the staff and develop the ministries of the church, in order to expand our church’s impact in Southwest Florida and beyond as we help people experience a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Requirements
Theological training (graduate degree preferred)
5 years of relevant church staff experience
Responsibilities
Lead and coach the church staff through regular 1:1 meetings and all-staff gatherings.
Collaborate with Lead Pastor on strategic plans for church growth while directly leading outreach and missions to maximize our impact in the community and beyond.
Oversee discipleship ministries, primarily through coaching staff and volunteers. Lead the small group ministry and lead a small group.
Plan and coordinate several all-church discipleship events and several men’s events during the year.
Oversee high-level operations and church finances, in collaboration with the staff.
Preach 6-12 times per year, depending on ability and interest.
Serve on the elder team and facilitate quarterly deacon team meetings.
